Destroy All Neighbors movie storyline. Struggling prog-rock musician William Brown (Jonah Ray) has a new neighbor that moves into his apartment building: Vlad (Alex Winter), an Eastern-European man who is a “neighbor from hell”, constantly screaming and playing loud EDM at all hours.
William confronts Vlad, and through an unfortunate series of events, ends up accidentally murdering him. Eventually, he ends up murdering all of his neighbors and a homeless man, who all come back to him as ghosts. They form a band and finish Williams album, which he has been working on for 3 years.

Jonah Ray, Randee Heller, Pete Ploszek, Kiran Deol are the stars of the film with Russell Sanzgiri, Jonah Ray and Alex Winter serving as a producers. The film is about a rock musician who accidentally killed his neighbor.
