Tell Me Your Name movie storyline. Following the death of their mother Sarah Winbourne as young children, Jordan tries to protect her little sister Ashley from their abusive father. After Jordan grows up and goes away to Penn State, Ashley moves in with Aunt Tanya.
New parish priest Pastor John delivers a sermon in front of Reverend Michael. Afterward, Reverend Michael chides Pastor John for reading one of his demonology books without permission. Ashley explores the abandoned house where she and her sister grew up. Ashley runs into her old friend Hannah, who invites Ashley to a party with other friends from childhood.
At the party, Ashley reacquaints herself with Shane Stevens, who had a crush on Ashley when they were kids. Hannah conducts a séance with everyone using an EVP app on her phone. Ashley experiences haunting visions of her dead mother Sarah. Ashley and Tanya separately experience various instances of paranormal activity inside their home. Pastor John introduces himself to Ashley when he notices her in town.
After Ashley has another haunting experience during her first day at school, Hannah comes over to conduct another séance in front of a mirror. Although the two girls attempt to contact Hannah’s mother, they end up seeing a demon’s reflection before Tanya interrupts them.
