Visiting Hours movie storyline. Two women meet in the visiting room of a prison where they come to visit “their man”. One is a wealthy middle-class woman, the other has to work to feed her two children. The first offers the second to stay in her large house, closer to the prison. Is it a friendship, a love, a pact? On the edge, the film follows the unexpected tandem, their dream of female emancipation, the turning back on the chasm that separates them. Without Manichaeism and without lukewarmness.
