Angel Has Fallen Movie Storyline. Secret Service member and bodyguard Mike Banning begins to question his own life and career choices as a result of an attack on Air Force One, which President Allan Trumball boarded. Banning, who has become the target of the Scribble campaign and accused of attempting to assassinate the president, will have to avoid his own agency and the FBI while trying to uncover the real threat.
Angel Has Fallen is an upcoming American action thriller film directed by Ric Roman Waugh and starring Gerard Butler, Morgan Freeman, Piper Perabo, Jada Pinkett Smith, Nick Nolte, Lance Reddick, Tim Blake Nelson, Sophia Del Pizzo, Daniel Eghan, Katya Bakat and Joseph Millson. It is the third film in the Olympus Has Fallen film series, following Olympus Has Fallen (2013) and London Has Fallen (2016). It is scheduled to be released on August 23, 2019, by Lionsgate Films.
