Le Daim (Deerskin in English) is a 2019 French comedy film directed by Quentin Dupieux. It was screened in the Directors’ Fortnight section at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. Quentin Dupieux, known for his film Killer (2010), which kills his victims through telekinesis, is one of the first names to come to mind of the surreal black comedy genre. The director is also Mr. Techno and electronic music DJ with a considerable reputation with the Oizo pseudonym.
